About the Role
Sales Assistance:
-Answer inquiries on Social Media, email, and other communication channels
-Coordinate with the Manager in terms of the client needs and quotation
- Modifying contracts to fit the needs of the client and the Atelier
Collaborative Precision:
-Cultivate robust collaborative relationships with the designer and the Manager, ensuring the designer's
vision is comprehensively comprehended and respected throughout all phases.
-Collaborate diligently with the Manager to ensure that client-specific patterns are meticulously crafted
with impeccable attention to detail.
Research and Trend Analysis:
-Stay apprised of contemporary fashion trends, both locally and globally.
-Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging fashion trends and evolving consumer
preferences.
Client Management
-Spearhead professional and efficient communication with clients
-Attends client meetings to ensure all needs are met
Social Media Assistance
-Take photos and videos to send to the Social Media team
-Send dress details to the Social Media team for the captions
Overall Interior and Exterior Management
-Take charge of the overall upkeep and organization of the studio workspace.
-Ensure the proper maintenance of all equipment and tools, promoting an environment of efficiency and
creativity.
Requirements
Preferred qualifications include a diploma or degree in fashion design or a related field.
Prior experience in a similar role or an internship within the fashion industry is advantageous.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator or equivalent applications.
Proficient sewing and pattern-making skills.
